Ida Lee Price Farmer, 77, of Louisville, formerly of Crab Orchard, died Monday, Jan. 23 at the home of her daughter in Louisville.
A native of Lincoln Co., she was born March 26, 1928 to the late Ray and Ila Hunter Price. She was a retired seamstress for Palm Beach Clothing, a member of the Crab Orchard Christian Church and the Crab Orchard Eastern Star, and the widow of Wallace Eugene Farmer.
Survivors include two daughters, Vickie Gaither of Louisville and Pam (Darrell) Kirby of Hamilton, OH.; one brother, Wayne Price of Crab Orchard; five grandchildren, Christopher Lee Gaither of Louisville, Jeremy Adam Kirby and Kevin Wayne Kirby of Cincinnati, OH., Candice Renee Gaither of Cincinnati, OH., and Samantha Lynn Gaither of Louisville; and four great grandchildren, Skilar Pratt, Summer Kirby, Kalix Gaither, and Trace Kirby.
Funeral services will be held today (Thursday, Jan. 26) at 10:30 a.m. at the McKnight Funeral Home in Crab Orchard. Burial will be in the Crab Orchard Cemetery.
