February 05, 2006

HARRODSBURG - Police arrested three people on drug charges in two separate incidents Wednesday in Harrodsburg.

Officers executed an early-morning search warrant at 201 Finley Court and found cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, according to a press release. Jessica L. Hobbs, 22, who lives at the address, and Brittany A. Yeast, 20, of Louisville, each were charged with drug trafficking and possession and taken to the Boyle County Detention Center.

Yeast and Hobbs also were each charged with first-degree wanton endangerment because officers found two young children in the residence in close proximity to the drugs, police said.

Patrolman Brian Allen is the investigating officer.

Also on Wednesday, Adrian G. Adams, 46, of 133 North Lane Apt. No. 3, Harrodsburg, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after Officer Jason Eldridge conducted a traffic stop of his vehicle on U.S. 127. Three joints were found in the car, police said.
