HARRODSBURG - Terry M. Dunn, 31, Cane Run Street, was charged for allegedly driving away without paying for $22 in gasoline, police said.
The incident occurred Sunday at Minit Mart on North College Street. Patrolman Keith Addison filed a criminal complaint for theft by unlawful taking against Dunn shortly after the alleged theft.
