Pemberton is charged with third-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking (less than $300) and second-degree criminal mischief.
Trooper Scott Felder, Kentucky State Police was the grand jury witness. Bond was continued from district court. Pemberton will be arraigned in Lincoln Circuit Court at 10 a.m. on March 24.
Also indicted were:
* Cassie Bradley, 23, 149 Tyree St., Brodhead, on two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Bradley was arrested on Jan. 6 after she reportedly passed several forged checks at stores in Stanford, Danville and Richmond. The checks, which belonged to a family she was staying with, ranged in value from $65 to $328.
Deputy Linda Demaree, Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, was the grand jury witness. Bond was continued from district court. Bradley will be arraigned in circuit court at 10 a.m. on March 10.
* Melissa A. Durham, 27, 624 Elm St., Crab Orchard, on a charge of welfare fraud for failing to report or disclose change of factors affecting her eligibility for benefits to the Lincoln County Department for Community Based Services during the time period between March 1, 2004 and Oct. 31, 2004.
Stephen Whitaker, Investigator Office of the Inspector General, was the grand jury witness. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or property. Durham is scheduled to be arraigned in circuit court at 10 a.m. on March 24.
* Jeffery Dale Bullock, 27, Ky. 643, Stanford on a charge of third-degree burglary for reportedly entering another person's garage and attempting to steal a chain hoist on Dec. 31.

* Erik Coffey, 26, 1246 Rube Brown Road, Hustonville, on a charge of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, on Aug. 28, 2004.
Trooper Brandon Curlis, KSP, was the grand jury witness. Bond was set at $15,000 cash or property. Coffey is scheduled to be arraigned at 10 a.m. on March 24.
* Jimmy D. Berry, 44, 734 Rice Lane, Stanford, on charges of first- and second-degree possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute (Methadone and Hydrocodone) and possession of marijuana.
Berry was arrested on Jan. 28 after Sheriff Shelby Lakes executed a search warrant at Berry's home. The search reportedly turned up 52 Hydrocodone pills and 15 Methadone pills, in addition to marijuana and cash.
At the time of his arrest, Berry had been released on bond for similar charges, according to court records.
Shelby Lakes was the grand jury witness. Bond was continued from district court. Berry is scheduled to be arraigned in circuit court at 10 a.m. on March 10.
* Bradley Downs, 18, 2420 Hwy. 2141, Stanford, on charges of second-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking (less than $300) and third-degree criminal mischief.

* Justin Sowers, 18, 1442 Ky. 1194, Stanford, on charges of complicity to second-degree burglary and complicity to third-degree criminal mischief.
