Danville police have arrested a juvenile in connection with the theft of musical instruments from Bate Middle School, but recent burglaries at two other schools remain unsolved.
A 16-year-old was charged Wednesday with theft and burglary in connection with the break-in Feb. 26 at Bate in which instruments were taken.
There does not appear to be any evidence linking that burglary with break-ins at Boyle and Danville high schools that were reported Feb. 20, said Capt. Bob Williamson.
