Tommy Owens was cited once again with domestic violence involving his wife.

Owens, 62, 118 Portman Ave., Stanford is charged with fourth-degree assault and harassment. Although Owens did not appear at his arraignment on Monday, his attorney entered a plea of not guilty. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9 a.m. April 27.

Owens wife, Katherine Owens, filed a criminal complaint on March 27 alleging that he yelled obscenities at her and kicked the door while she was in the bathroom two days prior. When she opened the door and asked what was wrong, she claims Owens grabbed her by her sweater, shook her, dragged her through the house and then shoved her onto the porch, according to court records.

Owens' wife said her husband picked up rocks and began throwing them at her, and when he picked up a large rock she began to run from him. Katherine Owens stated in her complaint that Tommy Owens hit her hard in the back with the large rock.
