Boyle County grand jury indicts 19

Law enforcement officials appear to be paying more attention to drug activity recently, as nine of the 19 people indicted last week by a Boyle County grand jury were charged with cocaine trafficking or possession.

Lamar M. Ford, 18, Junction City, was charged with intent to traffic in cocaine, and possession of Lortab and marijuana on April 1. Deputy Sheriff Al Isaacs testified before the grand jury. Bond was set at $10,000.

Also indicted were:

* Georgiana Carpenter, 35, Stanford, possession of cocaine, driving under the influence and disregarding a stop sign April 3. Danville Officer Derek Robbins testified. Bond was set $5,000.

* Angie D. Fisher, 35, Stanford, possession of cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and open beverage container on March 10. Perryville Officer Travis Richardson testified. Bond was set at $10,000.

* Michael B. Greer, 31, 135 E. Walnut St., trafficking in cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and no driver's license on March 17. Robbins testified. Bond was set at $10,000.

* Jacqueline S. Greer, 23, Holtzclaw No. 18, three counts of trafficking in cocaine on March 24 and April 13. Danville Detective Patrick McQueen testified. Bond was set $30,000.

* Anaya Rosalva, 47, 209 Highland Court, trafficking in cocaine and possesion of drug paraphernalia on March 4. Robbins testified. Bond was set at $10,000.

* David L. Thurman, 58, 411 N. Fifth St., possession of cocaine and marijuana March 27. Danville Detective Todd Davis testified. Bond was set at $5,000.

* Tabitha Wilder, 19, 337 N. Fifth St., trafficking in cocaine and possesion of marijuana and Lortab April 1. Isaacs testified. Bond was set at $10,000.

* Ralph J. Underwood, 47, 1600 Old Goggin Road, possession of cocaine Feb. 27. Robbins testified. Bond was set at $5,000.

Indicted for other crimes were:

* David McConaha, 41, Parksville, theft more than $300 for allegedly taking a tractor belonging to Harold McConaha in May 2005.

* Robert Shaunta Ford, 28, 217 W. Jefferson Ave., flagrant nonsupport of his minor son. Billie J. Welch testified. Bond was set at $5,000.

* Henry Fowler Jr., 35, Louisville, first-degree promoting contraband for allegedly bringing contraband into the Boyle County Detention Center on Jan. 20. Les Jones testified. Bond was set at $5,000.

* James C. Lopez, 35, address unknown, second-degree burglary for allegedly entering Janice Prewitt's residence in August. Boyle Deputy Sheriff Marty Elliott testified. Bond was set for $10,000.

* Amanda Mitchell, 21, Stanford, theft of mail matter belonging to Donald Goode on Jan. 21. Danville Detective A.J. Mullins testified. Bond was set at $5,000.

* William L. Moore, 42, Junction City, two counts of first-degree sodomy for allegedly forcibly having sexual intercourse with a male child between May 2002 and August 2003 and August 2003 and December 2005. J. Goens testified. Bond was set at $100,000.

* Cari Jo Simpson, 21, Harrodsburg, seven counts of forgery for allegedly possessing forged checks worth about $694 drawn on Farmers National Bank on April 4 and April 6. Danville Officer Jeff Stith testified. Bond was set at $10,000.

* Johnny Michael Travillian, 44, 105 Wilderness Road, attempted first-degree sodomy for allegedly attempting to engage in deviate sexual intercourse with a girl under age 12 in December. Mullins testified. Bond was set at $20,000.

* Eugenia White, 31, Harrodsburg, forgery for allegedly having a forged check for $484 drawn on Farmers National Bank on Feb. 22. Mullins testified. Bond was set at $5,000.

* Tijuana White, 32, address unknown, second-degree burglary and theft more than $300 for allegedly entering Jeff Harris' house and taking personal items. McQueen testified. Bond was set at $10,000.

* Christopher L. Wilson, 21, 209 N. First St., two counts of fleeing or evading police Feb. 14. Robbins testified. Bond was set at $5,000.

* John C. Montgomery, 33, Harrodsburg, flagrant nonsupport of his two minor children. Tammie Lynn Coulter testified. Bond was set at $5,000.
