Burgin jumped out to a six-run lead after three innings Thursday and rolled over Harrodsburg 13-3 at Burgin.
Daniel Howard had two hits, two runs and two RBIs for Burgin (12-4, 1-1 46th District). Daniel Loane had two hits and drove in a pair of runs, Ian Powell and Evan Mobley each scored twice, Spencer Gray had an RBI and Seth Trayner homered and scored four times.
Howard started on the mound, striking out two and walking one over two innings.
Somerset 5, Casey County 2 - At Somerset, Daniel Riddle's two-run home run in the third inning was all the offense Casey could produce in a loss to Somerset.
In the third, Jared Harris walked before scoring in Riddle's home run. Riddle also went the distance in taking the loss.
