Toliver plans spring fair

Toliver Elementary School will have its annual spring fair 3-5 p.m. Saturday. The fair will include two obstacle courses, games, face painting, cotton candy, snow cones and other refreshments. Tickets are four for $1 and will be sold the day of the event for food and games. In case of rain, the fair will be held in the gym.
