Nationally known chef and author Nathalie Dupree will be on hand at the 2006 Wine and Vine Festival to sign her latest cookbook and put on a cooking demonstration on Saturday, May 13.
The Charleston, S.C. native's book signing - for her recently released Shrimp & Grits Cookbook - will take place Friday, May 12 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Citizens National Bank of Jessamine County.
On Saturday, May 13, she will hold another book signing at the bank from 10:30 a.m. until noon.
Dupree is the author of 10 cookbooks and has appeared cooking shows on PBS, The Learning Channel, and The Food Network.
Her awards include two James Beard Awards. Dupree has been chef of three restaurants, one in Majorca, Spain, one in Social Circle, Ga., and one in Richmond, Va.
