Parents announce births

Kara Nicole Douglas

Kristy Daugherty and Jack Douglas of Stanford announce the birth of a daughter, Kara Nicole, 4:30 p.m. June 15 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. The baby weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces, and measured 20 1/2 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Donna and Stacey Daugherty of Hustonville. Paternal grandparents are Frances Brown and Johnny Douglas, both of Stanford. Great-grandparents are Helen Josephine Wray and Leonard Wray, both of Stanford.

Kennedy Grace Lee

Josh and Michelle Lee of Nicholasville announce the birth of a daughter, Kennedy Grace, 11:31 p.m. June 19 at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington.

The baby weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces, and measured 19 3/4 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Perry and Marsha Edelen of Danville. Paternal grandparents are Don and Janice Lee of Danville.
