Vacationer says thanks to Ken Towery

Dear Editor,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Gary and all of the guys down at Ken Towery Auto Care for how they helped to make a very unpleasant situation on vacation go very smoothly.

I purchased two new tires from Ken Towery two weeks ago. Last week, while on vacation with family in Savannah, Ga., I prepared to take my wife, Amanda, and son, Adam, out shopping at the mall.

Unfortunately, one of the new tires that I had purchased was completely flat. In a panicked state, in about 98-degree weather, I called Gary and the guys at Ken Towery and asked if they could help us out.

Not only did they explain to us step by step how to proceed with getting my tire changed (at a rival company no less), they also completely reimbursed my cost to do so and when I arrived back in Kentucky they took care of the new flattened tire with speed and care. (Make sure that you get that guarantee when you buy tires. You never know!)

Not only were Gary and the guys at Ken Towery very professional, they made us feel like we were more than a dollar and helped to make what could have been a disasterous day in the Deep South a somewhat "pleasant" experience (or as pleasant as getting a flat on your vacation can be).

Thanks again to Gary, Brian, Les and all of the employees at Ken Towery Auto Care. You made us feel important.
