Doug and Alisa Ruckel of Waynesburg announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Brittany Ruckel to Kacey Elkins, the son of Susan and Sammy Elkins of Lancaster.
The bride-elect, a 2004 graduate of Lincoln County High School, is a student at Somerset Community College.
The groom-elect, a 2001 graduate of Lincoln County High School, is self-employed.
The wedding will be held Saturday, Sept. 23 at 6 p.m. at Floyd's Farm in Stanford.
