LIBERTY - Earl Pendleton, 58, of West Ky. 70, has been charged on a warrant for third-degree sexual abuse, according to Sheriff Jerry Coffman.
Pendleton is accused of having sexual contact with a Casey County woman without her consent.
He is under a $500 bond and scheduled to appear in Casey District Court Aug. 17.
