LANCASTER - A 45-year-old man who was last seen at 7 p.m. Monday was found dead on a Crab Orchard Road farm.
Timothy Adams, of Perkins Lane, was pronounced dead at the scene by Garrard County Coroner Daryl Hodge. Hodge said Adams was working on the farm of David Feldman, his employer.
"So far, we know he was late coming back in from working on the Bush Hog, and someone went out to look for him," Hodge said. Adams' body was found about 50 yards over a hillside.
"At this time, we don't know if the impact killed him or he suffered a heart attack," Hodge said.
Hodge and other authorities were on their way back to the scene this morning to continue their investigation.
The body was sent to Frankfort for an autopsy, Hodge said. He said although there was talk of Adams possibly having suffered a broken neck, he couldn't see physical signs of that himself.
