SUSPECTS CHARGED

Robert D. Stone, 19, of Mount Sterling was charged by the Clark County Sheriff's Office Thursday with non-payment.

The Clark County Sheriff's Office charged Donald Clark, 22, of Mount Sterling Thursday with disregarding a stop sign, no Kentucky registration and failure to maintain insurance.

Karen Sparks, 51, of Mount Sterling was charged by the Clark County Sheriff's Office Thursday with disregarding a stop sign and failure to maintain insurance.

Michael Poe, 36, of Mount Sterling was charged by the Clark County Sheriff's Office Thursday with disregarding a stop sign and failure to maintain insurance.

The Clark County Sheriff's Office charged Harold McKinney, 34, of Jeffersonville Thursday with disregarding a stop sign, failure to maintain insurance and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.

Michael K. Pergram, 29, of 268A Vaught Road was charged by Winchester Police Thursday with failure to maintain insurance and no registration plates.

Winchester Police charged Henry Frank Rose, 44, of 26 Sterling St. Thursday with failure to appear. A warrant was also served.

Winchester Police charged Jack Thomas, 34, of 612 Dixiana Drive Thursday with wanton endangerment and robbery. A warrant was also served.

A juvenile was charged by Winchester Police Thursday with speeding and failure to maintain insurance.

Jerry A. Miller, 18, of 157 Cook Ave. was charged by Winchester Police Thursday with failure to disperse and criminal mischief.

Joshua Saylor, 19, of 1987 Muddy Creek Road was charged by Winchester Police Thursday with failure to disperse and criminal mischief.

Seldon Brock, 22, of 54 Hughes Ave. was charged by Winchester Police Friday with burglary.

Winchester Police charged Carissa R. Stephens, 19, of 977 Muddy Creek Road Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia and theft by unlawful taking. A Fayette County warrant was also served.

CRIMES REPORTED

Fred A. Elliot, 61, of 381 Killarney Drive reported to the Clark County Sheriff's Office at 7:42 p.m. Aug. 26 that someone broke into his house and took a glass jar filled with $200 in change and a VCR valued at $140.

Winchester Police received a report from Charles D. Creech, 32, of 114 Calloway St. at 12:44 a.m. Thursday that an unknown person took two bicycles, valued at $150, from his front yard.

Rose Taulbee, 41, of 1213 Dale Drive reported to Winchester Police at 7:25 p.m. Thursday that someone entered her vehicle and took a CD player, valued at $150, and a carton of cigarettes.

FIRE/EMS RUNS

Winchester Fire-EMS personnel performed two evaluations and responded to two cardiac calls and one seizure Thursday.
