Here are some notes from Monday's press conference at UK:
* Defensive tackle Myron Pryor's X-rays on his injured foot and toe were negative. However, coach Rich Brooks is worried the injury could linger far past this Saturday's game against Texas State that Pryor will miss.
"A hurt foot or toe on a big man who makes a living by forcing, driving and pushing big 330-pounders with his push is a big concern. All we can do is rest," Brooks said.
Brooks said the injury happened late in the second quarter but it was unclear what caused the problem for Pryor, who missed some practice time last week with a turf toe problem. "It probably just came on a push or when he tried to anchor down. All we know is that he went in at halftime and said he couldn't put any weight on it," Brooks said.
