Winchester Police served a warrant Wednesday for Howard Gross, 54, of 26 Seaboard St. for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and persistent felony offender.
Jimmy Bullock, 31, of 621 Banana Drive was charged by Winchester Police Wednesday with flagrant non-support, with a Powell County warrant being served.
Zack James Noble, 21, of 25 Hughes Ave. was charged by Winchester Police Wednesday with failure to appear, with a warrant being served.
Winchester Police charged Brian Parido, 28, of 455 Elf Court Wednesday with alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and fourth-degree assault.
Lana K. Hawkins, 49, of 65 Wall St. was charged by Winchester Police Wednesday with alcohol intoxication and possession of a controlled substance.
Melissa S. Miller, 32, of Viper was charged by Winchester Police Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Winchester Police charged Clayton W. Edge, 20, of 733 Williamsburg Drive Wednesday with reckless driving, inadequate silencer, failure to signal, license to be in possession and failure to maintain insurance.
CRIMES REPORTED
Pam Rogers, 32, of 447 Mount Vernon Drive, reported to the Clark County Sheriff's Department Tuesday that her vehicle was damaged while it was parked in the driveway of her residence.
Winchester Police received a report from David Griffith of Wal-Mart at 2 p.m. Monday that two known people attempted to use $500 counterfeit money orders on three separate occasions.
Judy Day, 61, of 3568 Pine Ridge Road, reported to Winchester Police at 10:44 a.m. Wednesday that an unknown person entered an apartment of a recently deceased woman and stole furniture that Day had loaned to the woman. The total value of the theft was $865.
TRAFFIC MISHAPS
Vehicles operated by Linda M. Napier of 215 Winn Ave. No. 181 and Nyoka T. Seals of 1102 Westwood Drive suffered moderate damage when Napier's vehicle, which was traveling east on Broadway, crossed over into the other lane and made contact with Seal, who was traveling west.

The Clark County Fire Department responded to an alarm sounding at 4772 Colby Road at 3:31 p.m. Wednesday.
Winchester Fire-EMS personnel performed five evaluations and responded to one cardiac call and two respiratory calls Wednesday.
