Dear Editor,
I personally get tired of bipartisan fighting. Each side blaming and finger pointing about every little issue that comes to head. That being said, I feel that we are very fortunate to have two very good candidates for state representative.
I am a Republican and will vote for Mike Harmon because I think he has done a very good job. However, if Mike were not running I would have no problem voting for David Sparrow because I know David Sparrow and like to think he would also represent our area well.
Because I like David, I am hoping that he has had nothing to do with the recorded phone messages that many people have been receiving bashing Mike Harmon and calling him an enemy of women. Both of these candidates are good, moral people, and I cannot understand why local Democrats would stoop to sleazy tactics like this. If local officials are not behind the phone calls they should ask whoever is responsible to cease them. David, please let us know you had nothing to do with the calls, I know you are above that.
