Benjamin Napier, Eubank, theft by deception less than $300, $25 and restitution.

Gary Anderson, 37, 648 Crab Orchard Road, theft by deception less than $300, $50 and restitution.

Dewey Camel, 26, 288 Goshen Road, six counts theft by deception less than $300, $50 and restitution on each count, 90 days probated two years to run concurrently on each count.

Clyde W. Clements, 36, 3212 Black Pike Road, DUI, $200, counseling, license suspended 90 days; one headlight, rear license not illuminated, no/expired license plate, no/expired Ky. registration, dismissed; possession of drug paraphernalia, merged with first-degree possession of cocaine, amended to third-degree, $100, 30 days probated two years, counseling; carrying a concealed deadly weapon, forfeiture of weapon to Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement.

Margaret R. Crowley, 39, Hustonville, falsely reporting an incident, 40 days, to serve 10 days, remaining time probated two years; failure to notify Department of Transportation of address change, dismissed.

Bradly Downs, 19, 2420 Hwy. 2141, third-degree possession of controlled substance, merged with second-degree possession of controlled substance, 12 months probated two years, counseling.

Jessie J. King, 21, Hustonville, DUI, $200, counseling, license suspended 120 days.

Tahnee McAninch, 25, Junction City, no insurance, $2,500, $2,000 suspended, 90 days probated two years; driving on suspended/revoked license, 90 days, to serve 60 days home incarceration, remaining time probated two years.

Matthew M. Sears, 36, Hustonville, possession of marijuana, $100, 30 days probated two years; possession of drug paraphernalia, $50, 30 days probated two years.
