MOREHEAD - Eleven candidates are vying for the title of Homecoming Queen and King at Morehead State University this Saturday, including Amanda M. Omohundro of Winchester.Omohundro is the daughter of Terry and Debbie Omohundro and a graduate of George Rogers Clark High School. A senior sociology major, she is a member of Gamma Beta Phi honor society, Student Association for Feminist Thought and the Delta Gamma sorority, her sponsor in the competition.
The queen and king will be crowned during half-time ceremonies of the football game against Davidson that begins at 1 p.m. Saturday in Jayne Stadium.
