LIBERTY - Personnel matters were reported Monday at the Casey County Board of Education by Superintendent Linda Hatter.
Those hired were:
Rex Rader, in-school suspension teacher; Rita Sweeney, 21st Century director; and Pam Hebrock, instructional assistant at Jones Park Elementary School.
High school: Tony Cooper and Jennifer Davenport, co-coaches for the academic team; Josh Blevins, assistant cross country/teacher coach; and Angie McQueary, assistant volleyball coach.
Phelps Elementary: Tana-Jo Hedrick, first grade teacher.
Phillips Elementary: Faith Shackelford, Extended School Services and site-based council clerical.
Several people also were hired for Extended School Services and to substitute.
Hatter also accepted the following resignations: Jennifer Weddle, substitute at Phelps Elementary; Laura Fox, gifted and talented program; Debra Lynn, instructional assistant; and Kay King, district school nurse/health coordinator.
