Paving planned in Lancaster

LANCASTER - Mayor Pro-tem Donna Powell says Richmond Street, or Ky. 52, should be paved either by the end of this week or the beginning of next.

The street has sections that were removed to replace water lines.

"Because it's a state road, it's up to them when this gets done, but The Allen Co. has been here all weekend working on roads for us, and as of today (Monday) they are patching up those areas by filling them in with concrete," Powell said.
