HARRODSBURG - A Harrodsburg man has been charged with second-degree burglary and assault, police said.
Ignacio Montes, 27, of 117 S. Greenville St., went to the residence of his wife, Nancy Montes, on Factory Street Thursday to pick up his son. He reportedly forced his way past her at the door, according to a report from Officer Tim Gambrel.
Ignacio Montes allegedly went inside the residence and got Dylan Colvin out of the closet and assaulted Colvin.
Gambrel said Colvin filed an assault charge against Montes.
