October indictments

Billy Rutherford (direct) trafficking in marijuana, more than five pounds.

James Hager (direct) trafficking in marijuana, more than five pounds.

Michael Martin Jr., theft of identity of another; operating on a suspended/revoked operator's license, speeding.

James Gill Jr., fraudulent use of a credit card, over $100.

Justin Deaton, receiving stolen property over $300.

Kenneth Brady, second-degree terroristic threatening.

Cody Arnett, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; fleeing or evading, first degree, theft of identity of another.
