This beautiful boxer, Frances, is among the animals available for adoption this week from the Danville-Boyle County Humane Society.
There also are two young adult boxer mixes available. Among the puppies available are hound-Lab mix, husky mix and blue heeler mix.
Cats and kittens include calicos, black and white medium-hair, and Persian.
The adoption fee of $75 includes spay-neuter surgery, first vaccinations (including rabies), de-worming, feline leukemia test for cats, and Boyle County dog tag for dogs.
Shelter hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
And remember, unneutered pets contribute to the pet overpopulation problem. Please spay or neuter!
