Winchester Police officers are investigating eight reports of tires being slashed in the city early Tuesday morning.Three incidents occurred on the 200-300 block of Graves Street, four occurred on West Hickman Street and one was on the 600 block of College Street.
Victims who reported the vandalism include:
Phillip Newton, 44, of 609 College St.
Jay C. Little, 46, of 310 Graves St., reported the tires were slashed on his tan Ford Ranger.
Rusty Lee, 49, of 237 W. Hickman St.
Harris Construction reported that tires were slashed on a work truck while it was parked on West Hickman Street.
Bethel Abshear, 78, of 227 W. Hickman St.
Rhonda J. Thompson, 36, of 211 West Hickman, reported damage to her her tires on her 2003 Volkswagon Beetle.
Raymond Steagall, 63, of 204 Graves St. reported that tires on his black 2003 Chevrolet pickup were slashed.
Harold C. Johnson, 73, of 303 Graves St. reported that tires were slashed on his van.
