Clark Circuit Court Angela Common pleaded not guilty to three counts of second-degree forgery, a misdemeanor count of theft by unlawful taking and being a second-degree persistent felony offender. A trial was set for March 5 at 9 a.m. with a pretrial conference set for March 1 at 1 p.m.

Willis Graves pleaded not guilty to two counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and being a second-degree persistent felony offender. A trial was set for March 5 at 9 a.m. and a pretrial conference scheduled for March 1 at 1 p.m.

Demieko Hariston pleaded not guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. A trial date was set for March 5 at 9 a.m., and a pretrial conference was scheduled for March 1 at 1 p.m.

James M. Turner pleaded not guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, with a trial set for March 5 at 9 a.m. and a pretrial conference scheduled for March 1 at 1 p.m.

Michael Tubbs pleaded guilty to second-degree robbery, with the commonwealth recommending a sentence of 10 years. Formal sentencing will be March 1 at 11 a.m.

Tammy McCormack was sentenced to five years, to be set aside for five years probation for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

April Angelique Cooper was sentenced to five years, to be set aside for five years probation for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

Rubien Smith was sentenced to three years for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, 12 months for third-degree possession of a controlled substance and fined $500 for failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security. The sentence is set aside for three years probation.

Victoria Baker was sentenced to two years for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol of drugs, six months for driving on a DUI-suspended license, and six months for endangering the welfare of a minor. She was fined $500 for failure of a non-owner operator to maintain required insurance.

Daniel Watts was indicted for third-degree burglary on Oct. 29 and third-degree burglary on Oct. 31. His arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 2 at 10 a.m.

Shantae Crawford was sentenced to five years for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

Seldon Brewer pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary with the commonwealth recommending a sentence of five years. Formal sentencing will be Feb. 23 at 9:30 a.m.
