Battle of the Belts

Motorists dropping off students at two local school were monitored by plain-clothes officers for seat belt use. Only 17 percent of students and parents were using their seat belts at the beginning of the program. At the end of the program, it was raised to 65 percent. By winning the contest, Conkwright received a free pizza party complete with 80 pizzas and drinks.
