SUSPECTS CHARGED

â?¢ Jeffrey Strode was charged in Cincinnati on Wednesday for flagrant non-support.

CRIMES REPORTED

â?¢ Jimmy Dunaway, 23, of 18 Heather Lane, reported Wednesday that an unknown person cut the brake line of his 2003 Chevy Truck while it was parked outside his house.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS

â?¢ Brian W. Kincaid, 45, of 280 Ford Hampton Road, was traveling west on Lexington Road Tuesday in the snow when he lost control and struck a gas meter and a utility pole.

WINCHESTER POLICE

CRIMES REPORTED

â?¢ Sarah Glenn, 47, of 14 Snowfall Drive, reported Thursday that someone broke into her car while it was parked in her driveway and stole a rotary club check book and a roll of stamps. The total value of the theft was $45.

â?¢ Gerald T. Cecil, 63, of 504 Boone Ave., reported Thursday that someone broke into his 2005 Dodge truck and broke the glove compartment and then broke into his 2002 Trailblazer and stole a digital camera, valued at $529.99.

â?¢ Kelley Mibet, 37, 5 Fairwood Lane, reported Thursday that someone stole a purse from her vehicle. The Louis Vuitton purse was valued at $1,100, and a Louis Vuitton wallet, valued at $600, several credit cards and a checkbook were inside.

â?¢ An employee of Wal-Mart reported Thursday that he saw a woman steal six articles of clothing, valued at $44.20. The clothing was recovered.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS

â?¢ Stephanie Rose, 51, of 3565 Paris Road, was backing out of the post office parking lot Thursday when he struck a vehicle operated by Maye Fryer, 41, of 143 Stoney Point Road. Both vehicles sustained minor damage.

â?¢ A vehicle operated by Jillian K. Dunaway, 23, of 9 Belmont Ave., collided with the rear of a vehicle operated by Michael E. Woosley, 49, of 365 E. Broadway, on Thursday. There were no damages.

â?¢ Joseph W. Ratliff, 25, of Clay CIty was stopped behind a vehicle driven by Betty T. Staton, 59, of 124 Lana Lane Thursday when one of the children in his vehicle scared him and he took his foot off the brake, rolling into Staton's car.

â?¢ Police arrested Brian Johnson of 512 Barlow Drive on Thursday for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

SUSPECTS CHARGED

â?¢ Janel Hatton was served a warrant Thursday for contempt of court.

FIRE/EMS RUNS

â?¢ The Clark County Fire Department responded to a building fire at 102 Rosebud Lane at 9:38 p.m. Thursday.

â?¢ Winchester Fire-EMS personnel performed seven evaluations and responded to one overdose, two falls, two cardiac calls and one assault Thursday.
