* Chad Curtsinger, 30, Parksville, criminal mischief for allegedly causing more than $1,000 in damage to property belonging to Bruce Adkins on March 27. Bond was set at $5,000. Adkins testified.
Curtsinger also was charged with possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia, trafficking in marijuana, fleeing police, two counts of wanton endangerment, driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license on Dec. 9. * Linda Holden, 59, 699 Davistown Road, identity theft, forgery and perjury for allegedly using identifying information belonging to Deloris McCain to obtain a driver's license and using that forged license on July 28, and representing herself as McCain in Boyle District Court on Dec. 12. * Travis L. Jacobs, 24, 114 Albany Circle, fourth offense DUI, driving on DUI suspended license, wanton endangerment, no insurance and having an open container on Oct. 4. Bond was set at $10,000. Wren testified.
* Joann Adams, 41, 4245 Hustonville Road, welfare fraud for allegedly failing to report a change in factors determining her eligibility for public assistance between October 2005 and November 2006. Bond was set at $5,000. Curt Radabaugh testified.
* John M. Lane, 43, 71 Shearin Ave., flagrant nonsupport for allegedly failing to pay child support to his minor son. Bond was set at $5,000. Hamm testified.
* Richard K. Lynn, 53, Liberty, flagrant nonsupport for allegedly failing to pay child support to his two minor sons. Bond was set at $5,000. Hamm testified.
* Brittany McQuerry, 25, 425 Chestnut St., tampering with evidence for allegedly removing evidence from her residence on Nov. 5. A summons was issued. Officer Rick Sellers testified.
