LLL club had potluck Feb. 20

The LLL Club met Feb. 20 at Central Baptist Church for the monthly meeting and potluck luncheon.

The meeting was conducted by Marsh Chasteen, president, who also gave the invocation.

Clair Stewart introduced the Rev. Earl Waugh, who gave the devotional, "Dying Grace."

Billie Pace, program chairman, introduced Gail Blakeman, who entertained the club with several piano arrangements titled, "Piano Impressions."

Pace, senior adult director, announced that "Out to Lunch" for March will be at the Heirloom at Midway, and members were reminded that a Lifeline Screening will be at the church on April 19 and the Senior Adult Celebration will be April 26 at the church.

Various reports were given, and February birthdays were recognized.

The prayer list was read by Mrs. Chasteen, and James Crowell gave the benediction and the table blessing.

A potluck luncheon was served to Irene Anderson, Betty Blevins, Juanita Burkhart, Geraldine Christopher, Delena Crosby, James Crowell, Jean Crowell, Betty Elam, Phyllis Henderson, Clyde Hudson, Evelyn Hudson, Mattie Johnson, Bobby Larkey, Jane Larkey, Ruth Lisle, Irene Lowry, Junbe Majors, Bettie Martin, Gretna Miller, Ora Parido, Vesteen Pasley, Joe Pitts, Doris Quinn, Margie Roland, Dorothy Shrout, William Standafer, Wilma Standafer, Carolyn Steagall, Clair Stewart, Jo Ann Sosby, Eva Taulbee, Alma Vaughn, Ruth Westerfield and guests, Mary Jo Waugh, the Rev. Waugh, Bill Blakeman, Gail Blakeman and Sue Adams.
