Classes
Body Recall - Beginner /intermediate, 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.; Intermediate/Advance, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. beginning Feb. 5 through April 13. Body Recall helps participants regain mobility, strength, energy and flexibility. Body Recall is great for all ages. The exercises are done in a chair and with a chair. Exercise is great for the heart patient, stroke, arthritic, diabetic, knees and hip replacement. CPR and First Aid Classes - 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. March 27 at McDowell Wellness Center, will also cover AED, BBP and oxygen administration and will be taught by Timmi Abbott. CPR and First Aid Classes for Hairdressers - 8 a.m.-4 p.m. April 15, in the community education room at McDowell Wellness Center, 1107 Ben Ali Drive in Danville. Approved by the Kentucky Board of Hairdressers as meeting the requirements to offer continuing education hours required by hairdressers.
