Sunning cutline

The first day of spring turned out to be perfect for Shannon Wasson to absorb in the sunshine. Temperatures were in the mid-70s Wednesday, a welcome break from the recent cold days of winter. Wasson was sunning in front of the Phoenix House on North Main Street where she lives.
