WINCHESTER POLICE DEPARTMENT
Crime Reported:
- Karen B. Hatton of 6157 Ironworks Road reported at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday that two male suspects threatened to shoot her with a gun while she was taking her daughter to school.
Suspect charged:
- Matthew G. Wiggins, 27, of 107 Yorktown Court was charged Wednesday with inadequate silencer, improper start, driving under the influence, no seat belt, no insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Suspects charged:
- Ronnie E. Weldon, 49, of Stanton, was served a criminal summons Thursday with charges of theft by deception.
- Justin Anderson, 20, of 221 College St., was charged Thursday with non-payment of fines.
