The Jessamine County Grand Jury convened on April 11 and returned the following indictments:

Commonwealth v. David Hunt - Flagrant non-support

Commonwealth v. Gary Marcum - Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs with alcohol concentration of .08 or more, second offense with aggravating circumstances; second-degree wanton endangerment; remanded to Jessamine County District Court

Commonwealth v. Jonathan Travis Adams - Theft by deception, value of more than $300

Commonwealth v. Michael Allen Richardson - Theft by failure to make required disposition of property, value more than $300

Commonwealth v. Christopher Bergin - First-degree attempted assault

Commonwealth v. Joseph Cartwright - Operating a motor vehicle under the influence; first-degree fleeing or evading police; possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle

Commonwealth v. Jennifer Brinkley - First-degree promoting contraband

Commonwealth v. Danny Gossett, Charles Bruner and David Masters - Second-degree burglary (Masters and Gossett); theft by unlawful taking more than $300 (Masters and Gossett); receiving stolen property more than $300 (Bruner)
