CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

- Jason L. Blair, 29, was charged Monday with reckless driving and operating on a suspended driver's license on Wades Mill Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

CHARGED

- Marvin Hatton, 39, 110 Ashley Drive, was charged Monday with violating an emergency protective order.

- Joyce A. Estes, 37, 106 Hillcrest Ave., was charged today with carrying a concealed deadly weapon and giving an improper signal.

ACCIDENTS

- At 1:02 p.m. Sunday, Janice R. Winburn, 353 Boone Ave., backed into the passenger side bumper of a parked car owned by Edna K. Jones, 574 Little Stoner Road.

- At 11:15 a.m. Monday, a car driven by Michael Johnson, 396 Camden Drive, struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Carrie H. Marstella, 16 Woodland Ave., while they were on Lexington Avenue.

CRIMES REPORTED

- At 11:59 a.m. Friday, Donald G. Abrams of Richmond reported that his wife's briefcase was stolen from her vehicle while it was parked in the Save-A-Lot in Shopper's Plaza or Kroger on Redwing Drive. Credit cards in the case were used five times at various Winchester businesses.

- At 10:15 p.m. Friday, Paul D. Hall, 100 Way Mark Court, reported that a carton of Marlboro Lights was taken from his car while it was parked at Wal-Mart.

- At 10:54 a.m. Monday, an employee of Quizno's on Bypass Road reported an internal theft of money from the cash register.

- At 1:29 p.m. Monday, Kimberly J. Burgess, 51 Buckner St., reported that prescription medication was stolen from her purse.

- At 5:40 p.m. Monday, Heather Bailey of Winchester, reported she was being harassed by a known male.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

- The fire department conducted two evaluations Monday, responded to three minor fires, three falls and one diabetic.
