Victoria Spoonamore, Louisville, second-degree burglary, amended to first-degree criminal trespassing, 182 days, consecutively with other time, to serve 60 days, credit for 14 days served, remaining time probated one year.

George Logan Young, 23, 363 W. Lexington Ave., 26 counts second-degree criminal possession of forged instrument, all amended to third-degree, 12 months each count, concurrently, to serve 60 days, credit for nine days served, remaining time probated two years, restitution, counseling, drug screenings.

Ricky Dale Payton, 19, Hustonville Road, third-degree criminal mischief, $200, restitution.

Cassie Robertson, Stanford, three counts theft by deception/cold checks less than $300, $90, check diversion program.
