Garrard fiscal court calls special meeting today

LANCASTER - Garrard County Fiscal Court will have a special meeting at 2 p.m. today at the courthouse. The agenda includes: second reading and adoption of a budget amendment, a health department deed question, the KACO insurance premium, and an executive session for personnel and contract negotiation.
