HARRODSBURG - Charges of promoting gambling and possession of gambling equipment are pending against a local business after a three-month investigation by local and county authorities.
Police confiscated 10 gambling machines and records Saturday after a search warrant was executed at Hilltop Shell, 730 N. College St., according to a report by city police Detectives Clarence Brown and Jesse Arnold.
Police said the investigation began in March after a complaint about gambling.
