Weddings for June 28

Wafford-Holland

Leanne and Joshua Holland were married May 19 at 2:30 p.m. at Edgewood Baptist Church.

The bride is the daughter of Brad and Angela Wafford of Nicholasville.

She is a graduate of West Jessamine High School and is a tax administrator for the city of Nicholasville.

The groom is the son of Bill and Cheryl Holland of Nicholasville.

He is a graduate of East Jessamine High School and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He is currently employed for the Bluegrass Airport with the Department of Homeland Security and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in English.

The ceremony was conducted by the father of the groom, Bill Holland. Leanne Holland was given in marriage by Brad Wafford.

The best man was Adam Bowman and the matron of honor was Amy Drury. Ring bearer was Devyn Wafford and the flower girl was Katie Beth Fain.

The attendants were Kimberly Wafford and Sherry Brennaman. The groomsmen were Tim Parker and Aaron Parker. The ushers were Jason Drury, Luke Welch, Jarrod Wafford and Jason Humphrey.

The reception was held in the fellowship hall of Edgewood Baptist Church.

The couple celebrated their honeymoon in Riveria Maya, Mexico. They are currently living in Nicholasville.

Riddell-Levasseur

Sarah and Shawn Levasseur were married March 19 at Lighthouse Baptist Church.

The bride is the daughter of Roger and Georgia Riddell of Nicholasville.

She is an employee at Wal-Mart.

The groom is the son of Robert and Diane Levasseur of Lowell, Mass.

He is an employee at Wilson-Eagle Construction.

The wedding was conducted by Dan Barnes.

The best man was Michael Johnson and the matron of honor was Melissa Clem. The ring bearer was Charles Burton. The ceremony was private.

The couple resides in Wilmore.
