Charles and Dorothy Hopper of Winchester announce the engagement of their daughter, Susan Rae Hopper, to Dewayne Allen Dixon, son of Wanda Dixon of Richmond and the late Wallace Dixon.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond and is employed by Time-Warner Cable.
Mr. Dixon, a graduate of Madison High School, is employed by Pepsi Cola.
The wedding will take place at noon Saturday, July 28, at the New Vision Pentecostal Church in Richmond.
Following the ceremony a reception will be held at the church.
The wedding and reception are open to all friends and relatives.
