Carolyn Sue Evans Osborne, 65 of Lexington, mother, sister and wife, died Monday, Aug. 6, after a long illness. She was a medical records supervisor for Sarasota Memorial Hospital in Florida, and a member of The Church at Athens.
She is survived by her husband, Franklin D. Osborne, of Knoxville, Tenn.; her two daughters, Crystal Osborne and Lisa F. Osborne, both of Lexington; sister, Judy Williams of Ashland; a brother-in-law, Robert Griffith of Ashland; a granddaughter, Shelby Christine Osborne; two nieces and their husbands, Jennifer and Danny Barnes of Nicholasville and Kelly and Eric Edmonds of Michigan; and two nephews, Robert Griffith and Greg and Devonna Suiter of Ashland.
Memorial services were held at 4 p.m. Wednesday at The Church at Athens by Pastor Roger Ellis.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
