The following indictments were filed in Clark Circuit Court on August 6:- Aurelio and Suzette Espinosa-Pina, on charges of first, second and third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, trafficking in marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Arraignment was Aug. 9. Both pleaded not guilty and have pre-trial conferences set for Sept. 13 at 1:30 p.m.
- William M. Johnson, on charges of first and third-degree possession of a controlled substance, operating on a suspended license, speeding and failure to maintain insurance. Arraignment set for Sept. 6 at 10:15 a.m.

- Hansel McGuire, on charges of assault, wanton endangerment and terroristic threatening. Arraignment set for Sept. 6 at 10:15 a.m.
- Jack Thomas, on a charge of tampering with physical evidence. Arraignment set for Sept. 13 at 1:30 p.m.
- Brandon Baker on charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, criminal complicity to commit first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, speeding violation, failure to wear seat belt and persistent felony offender. Arraignment set for Sept. 6 at 10:15 a.m.
