Brandon Gardner fired a 39 and Grant Blevins shot 40 on Tuesday as the Boyle County boys tied with Washington County in a four-team match in Springfield. No playoff was held due to darkness.
The Rebels (3-1-1) and Washington each shot 161, while Bardstown had 164 and Bethlehem 190.
Mercer County 143, Spencer County 178 - At Harrodsburg, Ward Dedman shot a 2-under par 34 and the Titans finished 1-under par as a team in a Central Kentucky Conference win over Spencer County.
"We're climbing our way out of our ball-striking slump we've been in. When you can shoot four scores and go under par, a coach shouldn't have anything to complain about," Mercer coach Jay Anderson said. "We still didn't strike the ball well today. We were just able to get by due to the course we were playing on (Bright Leaf). But it was a big confidence booster for our guys."
