Dear Editor,
I do not know why the city of Danville, Boyle County Judge-Executive and the industrial commission have decided to get involved with the business of a group of employees of Danville who can decide for themselves what is best for them and their families. Whatever they decide, union or not, each employee will accept his fate and work together as we always have.
I say "we" because I am an employee (at Dana) myself. The decision is hard enough and could strain relations among employees who get along better than any group that I have had the pleasure to work with. Each outside group that tries to become involved, either for or against, will only make the situation worse. So please, just stay out of our business.
