Accident
- A vehicle driven by Naomi S. Harrison, 12 Hillcrest, was traveling south on the bypass Friday at 4:30 p.m. when a vehicle driven by Donald P. McNay, 1096 Iroquois Drive in Mount Sterling, struck the first vehicle in the rear.
Reported
- An employee of Fast Stop, 1140 Bypass Road, reported Thursday at 2:16 p.m. that a man entered the gas station to pay for $40 worth of gas, but said he had no money. The employee took down the man's license plate number, and the man said he would return in an hour to pay, but he never did.
Charged
- April Frazier, 51, of Winchester, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence.
- Christopher S. Costello, 24, 3476 A Stamper Drive, was charged Thursday with public intoxication and shoplifting and was served a Clark County warrant.
