To be become an NEB member, advisors must pass the NEB Ethics Check System, a comprehensive seven-year background check for criminal, civil, and business violations. Kellogg's approval for membership verifies that he holds all required professional licenses to offer financial services, and confirms that he has a record clear of any violations against consumer trust.
