Robin Ray Kelley, 39

Robin Ray Kelley, 39, of Haley Street, Somerset, died Sunday, Sept. 23 at his residence.

A native of Richmond, he was born Sept. 12, 1968 to Rose Ella Lowery Kelley Christopher of Somerset and the late Curtis Ray Kelley.

He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and served as the Lincoln County community representative for the American Cancer Society and then changed to health initiative representative.

Other survivors include a son, Robin Ray Kelley, Jr. of Somerset; one sister, Pamela (Todd) Baker of Somerset; a half brother, Dwayne (Minnie) Kelley of Richmond; half sister, Marcie Powell of Lexington; brother-in-law, Joey (Sherry) Borders; and Cyndi Kelley, mother of Robin Ray Kelley, Jr.; girlfriend, Beth McKinney of Somerset; three nephews, Tylar Baker, Curtis Kelley, and Chance Borders; and one niece, Cova Kelley.

He was also preceded in death by his stepfather, Ambrose "Duke" Christopher.

Funeral services Sept. 26 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home in Science Hill with Bro. Don Jones officiating. Burial was in Science Hill Cemetery.
