The engagement of Morgan M. Reck and Robert L. Haffly III is announced by her parents, Bruce Reck and Cindy Ewen, all of Winchester Mr. Haffly is the son of Robert and Kim Haffly Jr., also of Winchester.
Miss Reck is attending Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia and Mr. Haffly is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond and is employed by EKU Housing.
